Project Management is one of the key strengths of EQS. We not only bring expert knowledge and experience to the project, but are determined to add value to existing processes and methodologies being used.
We can design or redesign processes that maximise your existing capabilities. We can also look at areas that may be best outsourced based on cost/payback ratios or peak usage patterns.

Project Delivery and Monitoring includes the hands-on production of the deliverables produced during detailed design, process workflow development & proving of the software.
From a project management perspective Project Monitoring also includes chairing operational review meetings with the delivery team(s), reporting progress against plans, attending Steering Committee meetings and ensuring action is taken against project risks and issues.
Our consultants have been heavily involved in the creation, overhaul and implementation of both software and business processes within many Life Sciences organisations.
By working with your senior executives and line managers we can determine weaknesses in current (or missing) processes.
